Gourmand trees
Near the Bamako cathedral, Mali.
In the suburbs of Paris, France.

The well-know cannonball in the old part of Québec City.
An abandoned railroad in Val-Jalbert, Saguenay, Québec.
Horseshoes that people have found in lumber, Ormstown and Beauharnois.
Old farm tractor, Saint-Édouard-de-Napierville, Québec.
This is not really a Gourmand Tree, but vegetation and mecanics are charming to my eye...
Neither is it a Gourmand Tree,
but the "artistic" cut of a tree by Hydro-Québec, Saint-Urbain-Premier.

During WW II, a German soldier hung his gun on a tree for... a relief? No one knows. No one knows neither why he did not take it back.

Now it is inside the tree!

From the collection at the Musée de Varennes-en-Argonne, France.
(Thanks to Christian Lavigne for the picture)
