Presentation designed and executed by the artist:
Green French fabric case with a glass window revealing a Gourmand Tree specimen, a poplar stump that has swallowed a chain link fence. The cases spine bears the title, the name and pictogram of the artist printed in gilt letters in palladium.

The book itself is covered in a process called half-binding: the spine is in green kid leather and the sides consist of two acrylic-pigment originals on paper by the artist and entitled Calligraphie sylvestre. Headband in the same leather. Gilding in 22 carat; typography on the spine and on the front board in palladium.

Text and 4-color-ink calligraphy by the artist.
Quotations from various authors, thinkers, philosophers and traditions.
42 colour photographs of Gourmand Trees by the artist, hand pulled at Laboratoire Photolux, Châteauguay, Québec.
Binding and presentation done by the artist at Atelier de Reliure Catherine Gaumerd in Montreal.
Number of copies produced: 41 copies on Winsor & Newton 190g 100% rag hot-pressed white paper, in 12 hand-sewn signatures with Aquabee Getaway interpolated sheets.
40 copies numbered 1/40 to 40/40, and one copy not for sale marked EA. Copies are signed and dated by the artist and bear his seal.
